To Obtain a mortgage in USA.

1. If certifying income, we need a letter of employment in the event you work for a company or a letter from your accountant in the case of self employed. For both cases, we will supply the proper sample letter.

2. Last two months statements from where the funds will be coming. These funds must have been in a Financial Institution at least for the last 60 days and it can be in the USA or in the country of origin. Any transfers of funds will have to be documented with regards to source and method of transfer.

3. Need to open a US bank account, which we can assist in this process, and where required funds need to be transferred at least 3 weeks prior to closing date.
